Cassandra has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Since 2007, she began servicing loans, leading into processing in 2010. By 2013, Cassandra also began underwriting. Her ability to understand and communicate the entire process to clients is second to none. She firmly believes that communication is a key factor in ensuring a smooth loan process, guiding clients from beginning to end while remaining readily available at a moment’s notice for both clients and agents.

Education
I started out in loan servicing in 2007. Was in loan servicing for about 3 years before becoming a loan processor in 2010. I became a loan processor with bank of America and pushed through the bank of America underwriting trainings and became an underwriter within 2 years. In 2013, I got licensed as a loan originator and still processed and originated loans. Continued to process and originate still currently.

I offer a wide range of loan programs, from FHA and VA to conventional and jumbo. You are an individual and my recommendations will respect your unique circumstances.

I will make sure you know what’s happening with your mortgage as it progresses through the process and will be available to answer your questions. I’ll be with you every step of the way, from application to closing and beyond.
